Electronic Art or Logo information:

-One color ads, the image should be in a solid black & white, high resolution (300 dpi or more- Best: 600 or more) format. File should be one of those listed below. Some colored images (if solid) may possibly be converted to Black without additional charges.

GENERAL ART FILE GUIDELINES:
600 dpi resolution or more (sometimes a 300 dpi will work-1 color only).

Preferred files: Bitmap (best) - for one color ads
Also: Photo Shop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Pagemaker (1color only), Photo Impact, Tiff, EPS  (full color ad copy should be provided in CMYK format)

Possibly Usable for 1 color Ads Only:
 (Do not use for 4 color process )
Might be usable depending on the nature of the logo
Power Point, Microsoft Word, PDF files.  JPEG files may work if a good quality and a higher resolution - 300 dpi or more. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE INCURRED IF.... 
1) Images that require touch up and modifications and arrangements may incur additional costs if it needs more than minor adjustments. 

2)Changing the your copy or layout after proof has been prepared according to your information unless we have made an error.

3)Extensive research to match a font style without a font name.

4) Tints, Gradients & Halftones... 
-If using a logo that has tints and gradient half tones rather than solids, it will need review and may not be usable (especially on pens) or may need additional work & art charges, depending on the product chosen. Note pads and items printed in offset printing are better suited to halftones in photos or images...etc. but may incur additional charges.

5) Multiple Color Logos...
-2 or More color logos are more complicated to prepare and may not be usable on some products. Additional colors will cost more per item-please contact us to find out if additional colors are possible and the costs involved. The logo ideally needs to have each color separated or may incur additional scan or art charges.

Most items have a small logo charge, just check your individual product information on our website for details.  We can make simple adjustments in certain cases to improve quality or color. If art or logo is usable but requires extensive modification it may require art charges (you will be notified in before proceeding).
